Town Meeting Rooms Setup Options

Town Hall Meeting Rooms

Community Room A
Room A Set Up Option #1
Auditorium style (chairs only facing head table and/or screen)
Room A can hold maximum of 50 chairs facing a head table.
Provide number of chairs to be set up

Room A Set Up Option #2
U/Square style (chairs around tables which are open or closed)

1 Three eight foot tables in a U with 14 chairs
2 Two eight foot tables butted together with 12 chairs
3 Four eight foot tables in square with open center. Chairs around outside of tables accommodating 20.

Room A Set Up Option #3
Classroom style (tables and chairs facing screen and/or head table)

1 One or two eight foot head tables with four chairs each
2 Up to seven eight foot tables facing front with four chairs at   each

Community Room B
Room B Set Up Option #1
Auditorium style (chairs only facing head table and/or screen)
Room B can hold a maximum of 35 chairs facing a head table
Provide number of chairs to be set up

Room B Set Up Option #2
U/Square style (chairs around tables which are open or closed)

1 Three eight foot tables in a U with 14   chairs
2 Two eight foot tables butted together with 12   chairs   
3 Four eight foot tables in square with open   center. Chairs around outside of tables accommodating 20

Room B Set Up Option #3
Classroom style (tables and chairs facing head table and/or screen)

1 One or two eight foot head tables with four   chairs each
2 Up to four eight foot tables facing front with   four chairs at each

A&B Set Up Option #1
Auditorium style (chairs only facing head table and/or screen)

1 Rooms A & B can hold a maximum of 70 chairs   facing a head table
2 Provide number of chairs to be set up

A&B Set Up Option #2
U/Square style (chairs around tables which are open or closed)

1 Three eight foot tables in a U with 14   chairs
2 Three eight foot tables butted together with 14   chairs
3 Four eight foot tables in square with open center.   Chairs around outside of tables accommodating 20

A&B Set Up Option #3
Classroom style (tables and chairs facing head table and/or screen)

1 One or two eight ft. head tables with four   chairs at each
2 Up to 10 tables facing front with four chairs   each
