Tuesday afternoon, Supervisor Bill Reilich was joined by Council Members Josh Jensen and Bill Murphy for a Town-sponsored ribbon cutting celebrating the grand opening of Malt + Ember. The new restaurant and brewery, which specializes in wood-fired pizza and craft beer, is located at 134 Greece Ridge Center Drive.
One of the reasons the ownership group of Malt + Ember chose to establish their business in the Town of Greece was because they felt that their business concept could add a unique experience to the restaurant and brewery scene in our community.
