Greece Public Library Introduces Self-Checkout Stations
Supervisor John Auberger and the members of the Greece Town Board are pleased to announce that the Greece Public Library has added self-checkout stations to the main library located at 2 Vince Tofany Boulevard.
The two new self-checkout stations will add convenience and increase efficiency for library patrons wanting to checkout books and DVDs. The system even allows you to pay any fine over $5.oo prior to checking out your materials.
Over 400 patrons have utilized the self-checkout stations in the first two days of availability!
“We know what an invaluable asset the Greece Public Library is to our community, we hope these self-checkout stations will add to the exceptional service library patrons receive on a daily basis,” said 1st Ward Councilwoman Shannon O’Keefe.
