Annual Spirit of America Fourth of July Celebration at
Grace & Truth Sports Park

Supervisor John Auberger and the members of the Greece Town Board are pleased to announce that the Town of Greece will once again co-sponsor the Spirit of America Fourth of July Celebration at Grace & Truth Sports Park, 373 North Greece Road. Gates will open at 5:00 p.m. with various activities and games throughout the night. The evening will conclude with fireworks starting at 10:00 p.m.

In an effort to provide better accessibility for area residents and improve traffic flow and traffic safety, North Greece Road, from Latta Road to Post Avenue, will be closed to non-local traffic from 7:00 p.m. until Midnight. In addition, there will be no parking posted on the neighboring streets of Maple Center Road, Jade Creek Drive, Rockwell Drive and Forest Glen Drive.

Area residents will need to provide their driver’s license and a copy of the letter they received from the Spirit of America Planning Committee when traveling on North Greece Road. The Greece Police Department will be assisting with traffic control throughout the evening.

Parking will be available at First Bible Baptist Church, 990 Manitou Road, with a $2 per person, round trip shuttle provided by the RGRTA. Buses are wheelchair and stroller accessible. Limited parking is also available at the festival grounds for a $10 donation per car. Both parking locations are handicap accessible.

“We are so pleased to be able to continue the tradition of the Spirit of America Fourth of July celebration at Grace & Truth Sports Park,” said Supervisor Auberger. “This family friendly event is truly a great way to celebrate the birth of our nation.”
