Professional Services
The Professional Services Bureau is headed by Captain Patrick Phelan.
Captain Patrick Phelan- is a resident of the Town of Greece and a 1987 Graduate of Aquinas
Institute. Captain Phelan was hired by the Greece Police Department in 1989, promoted to Sergeant in 2000, promoted to Lieutenant in 2008, and promoted to Captain in 2010. In addition to his normal duties, Captain Phelan has donated much of his personal time to the Police Athletic League (a program his father founded).
