Supervisor Bill Reilich and the Greece Community and Senior Center today hosted the “Dog Days of Summer” event at the Greece Town Hall Campus. The Dog Days of Summer event is the last of three Wild Over Water (W.O.W.) Zone special events of the summer. For all events, normal splash pad and playground rules apply. For more information regarding summer activities for kids, please call the Community and Senior Center at 723-2425.
This year’s Dog Days of Summer event boasted several festivities, including bounce houses, an arts and crafts table, hot dogs for sale, and “costumed dogs” playing soccer and other fun activities with the kids. Representatives from the Greece Public Library were also present handing out free books to kids.
“We were thrilled to see so many young residents at this year’s Dog Days of Summer event”. Said Supervisor Reilich. “It’s great seeing the community enjoy the activities, splash pad, and our new Kids Canyon Playground”.
