Supervisor Bill Reilich Participates in Ground Breaking Ceremony for Chick-Fil-A

Today, Supervisor Bill Reilich participated in a ground breaking ceremony for Chick-Fil-A. The new business, located at 2140 West Ridge Road in Greece, will open in the Spring of this year.

This Georgia-based fast food chain will include two drive-thru ordering lanes and a two-story playground for children. The 5,056 square foot restaurant will offer indoor seating for 120 people and outdoor seating for 20 people. The business is expected to employ over 100 people.

Chick-Fil-A prides itself on fresh food preparation, parenting-friendly menus, and environmental sustainability. Many of their items are hand-prepared daily, including hand-chopped salads made throughout the day, hand-breaded chicken, and hand-spun milkshakes. Owner Alan Taylor plans on giving back to the community by partnering the local franchise with local charities.

“I was honored to join Chick-Fil-A representatives for the ground-breaking ceremony of this highly-anticipated business” said Supervisor Reilich. “I am always happy to welcome new businesses to the Town of Greece and am very excited that Greece was chosen to be the location for the first Chick-Fil-A in Rochester. I want to wish owner Alan Taylor and his team great success!”
