Supervisor Bill Reilich Holds Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Wood Kettle Brewing

Thursday afternoon, Supervisor Bill Reilich held a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of Wood Kettle Brewing in Greece. The new business is located at 1192 Manitou Road at the corner of Latta Road and Manitou Road.

The first microbrewery to open in Greece, Wood Kettle Brewing offers a variety of beer, wine and food. The business is owned and operated by Mark Miles and Jeff Allen. Mark and Jeff, along with their late partner, Bill Allen, worked for the past year and a half to establish this business. Their goal was to establish a family-friendly business that would serve the Greece community. For more information about Wood Kettle Brewing, check out their website at www.woodkettlebrewing.com.

“I was honored to host a ribbon cutting ceremony for Wood Kettle Brewing” said Supervisor Reilich. “We work every day to ensure that the Town of Greece is a business-friendly place, and I am always happy to welcome new businesses to the area. I wish co-owners Mark Miles and Jeff Allen and their team great success!”
