Supervisor Reilich Invites All to Attend the Town of Greece Old Fashioned Fourth of July Celebration

Supervisor Bill Reilich would like to invite all to attend the Town of Greece Old Fashioned Fourth of July Celebration. This annual event takes place on July 4th and is free and open to the public. The 5K Freedom Run will kick off the day’s festivities and lead into a day filled with family friendly activities, including a Super Hero Sprint for kids, food trucks, children’s activities, musical performances, and concluding with a fireworks spectacle. The full schedule can be found below:

Tentative Schedule of Events – As of 5/18/18

7:00 AM   – 5K Freedom Run Registration

(Registration forms can be found on the Town of Greece website under the “Special Events” tab or on the Run Sign Up website by searching for “Town of Greece”)

7:30 AM   — 5K Race Begins

(All race participants must move their vehicles off the Greece Town Hall Campus by 10am)

9:00 AM – Super Hero Sprint for Kids

(Those interested may register at the Community and Senior Center or by calling 723-2425)

5:00 PM – Children’s Activities Begin

6:00-7:30 PM – Opening Act Josie Waverly

8:00 PM – Main Act Orleans

9:45 PM – Fire Works Display

(Supervisor Reilich would like to remind all viewing the fireworks display to please bring lawn chairs or blankets)
