The flags on the Greece Town Hall Campus will be lowered to half-staff in honor of the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Service, which is held in Emmitsburg, Maryland. The flags will be lowered on Sunday, October 6, 2019, to honor the 92 firefighters who died in the line of duty in 2018 and the 27 firefighters who died in the line of duty in previous years. We pay great honor and respect to the 1,200,000 men and women who comprise the American fire and emergency services.
