This morning, Supervisor Bill Reilich was joined by Greece Town Council Members Mike Barry, Mike Bloomer, and Bill Murphy for a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of BTB Wood Fired Pizza Bar and Grill, located at 134 Greece Ridge Center Drive.
BTB Wood Fired Pizza Bar and Grill is owned by Connie MacLeod. Connie was born and raised in the Town of Greece and actually bought her parent’s house right here in town! She chose to open the restaurant in Greece because she loves this community and wanted to bring another great business to the area. Even as a high schooler, Connie wanted to go into the restaurant business. At Paul Smith’s College, she studied Hotel Restaurant Management and Culinary.
