Supervisor Bill Reilich has revealed the event schedule for the upcoming Town of Greece Memorial Day Parade and Remembrance Ceremony on Monday, May 26th, 2025.
On Memorial Day, the Town of Greece will again join with American Legion Greece Post #468 in presenting the annual Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony. The parade route will proceed south on Long Pond Road from Janes Road to the Town Hall Campus.
11:00 AM – Memorial Day Parade, which will proceed down Long Pond Road from Janes Road to the Greece Town Hall Campus.
11:45 AM – Town of Greece Remembrance Ceremony, held at the Greece Town Hall Pavilion.
Please note that parking will be available at Greece Town Hall. Town Hall Campus Parking will be open until approximately 10:45am. The section of Long Pond Road running from Latta Road to Janes Road and a portion of Janes Road will be closed from approximately 10:00am – 12:00pm.
Traffic will be halted on Long Pond Road from Latta Road to Janes Road from approximately 10:00AM until 12:00PM. In addition, vehicle and pedestrian traffic will be heavy following the dedication ceremony.
