This class includes warm-up, stretching, and various styles of weight training. Training types include: low weight, high reps for stamina and high weight, low reps for strength, along with offering some resistance training.

Tuesdays 10:00-10:50am

Fridays 9:00-9:50am

 Cost: 1 Activity Credit

No pre-registration necessary as this is a drop-in class.
Membership Required.
Greece residents earn a free membership with proof of residency.

Activity Credits must be purchased.
Check with instructor for cancellations.
