Volunteer at Animal Services
Volunteers are the lifeblood of Greece Animal Services and without their time, talents, and resources we would not be able to provide the same level of care for all of the cats and dogs each year. Whether you have a free day on the weekend or an occasional hour after work, there is a place for you at Greece Animal Services. There are loads of opportunities including walking dogs, shelter care, lost pet reunification, pet adoption, foster care, pet support, and more.
Basic Requirements for Volunteers
- Must have a working email account.
- Must be able to commit to a minimum of eight hours per month and at least 12 months of service
- Mature and respectful attitude is required while volunteering at all times.
- Volunteers 13-17 must have a parental/custodial waiver signed by a parent and be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
- Support the Greece Animal Services mission
- Complete a Criminal Record Background Check.
