Reporting a Streetlight Outage
To report a streetlight outage, please call the Town of Greece Department of Public Works dispatch number at (585) 225-4590.
Please provide the following information:
- Identifying tag # located on the pole.
- Street address or intersection closest to light or light pole.
- Concern with the light/pole: outage, damaged, working improperly, safety issue
- Any additional information to assist with locating the streetlight.
- Your contact information (not required but helpful when responding to a reported issue or concern)
