Greece Town Supervisor Bill Reilich was proud to host a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the grand opening of Hobby Lobby in the Town of Greece. The new business is located at 1960 West Ridge Road.

Supervisor Reilich was joined by Store Manager Hunter, Co-Manager Ron, and the Hobby Lobby Team for the official ribbon cutting celebrating the grand opening of the new location. Also joining for the ribbon cutting was Town of Greece Deputy Supervisor Michelle Marini and Councilman Mike Barry.

Hobby Lobby was opened in 1970 by David and Barbara Green. Today, with more than 900 stores, Hobby Lobby is the largest privately owned arts-and-crafts retailer in the world with over 43,000 employees and operating in forty-eight states. Hobby Lobby offers over 70,000 items featuring home décor, seasonal décor, tableware, floral, art supplies, craft supplies, yarn, fabric, jewelry making, hobbies and much more.

“I am thrilled to welcome Hobby Lobby to the Town of Greece!” said Supervisor Reilich. “Hobby Lobby receives many West-Side visitors to their other store locations and so wanted to make shopping easier and more convenient for West-Side residents. On behalf of myself, the Town Board, and the entire Town of Greece – welcome to town!”
